As the standoff at the Doklam area continued for the third week, the longest between the two countries, the official media and the think-tanks here have said that "war is possible if the conflict between India and China is not handled properly".
" China is trying its best to use historical lessons to reason with India+ and show sincerity in peacefully solving the problem, but if India refuses to listen, then China would have no other choice than to use a military way of solving the problem," Hu Zhiyong, a research fellow at the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, told the state-run Global Times.

When the Chinese say.. we will use force .. they don't mean it. In 1962 they said Hindi Chini Bhai Bhai to fool the buffoon Nehru .. only to invade later...
Not the right time to challenge China until our ICBMs are in production and S-400 defense system is imported and deployed. Wise men only act in the appropriate time.
India should not take Chinese threat of action lightly and must fully prepare to face any outcome.
China must learn historical lesson from Germany and world war 1 and 2 , it is most important for them and should stop teaching India, we have done our home work and prepared for it.
There is a difference between Nehru & Modi. Modi can teach a lesson to China

feeling bad that i own a china company phone. only respite is that its manufactured in india. But i am stopping all future purchases of Chinese product
There is no doubt that China's defense budget is bigger and military is stronger than India's. But the result of war in this era does not solely depend on that. We live in a modern society and a war will have serious implications on its economy. It has more to lose now than in 1962. A few sanctions by international community will put a serious dent to its economy.

If China accidetally resorts to start a war with India, which is highly improbable as both are nuclear powers, but yet if they do; then it will provide the U.S., Japan, and many more nations with a great opportunity to contain China once and for ever. Trump is just lusting for such great opportunity.
aur military and weapons are not for museum display.
We also want to settle down this issue militarily.
